Misting Systems

Some Misting Systems manufacturers know the ill effects of scaling perfectly well in terms of Cloggeing the piping of their machines. Furthermore, the presence in some European regions of aggressive and/or corrosive water increases the premature wearing down of high pressure atomising spray booms. This is why they integrate the HydroBlend
system (Model number FA-605-TW) to their manufacture as standard. Thus they avoid blockages and the film forming action of HydroBlend enables the prevention of corrosion.

The protection of industrial boilers

This is, for example, not only the case for boilers used in cement manufacturing plants, but also for any other industry where the water used has a high level of carbonate hardness. The accumulation of scale in boilers can reduce their heating capacity by 50 to 55% resulting in an increase in energy consumption. These problems are generally solved with the use of a Water Softner. The problem with such systems is that they increase the level of corrosion leading to a weakening of the entire installation. therefore we advise a far more economical and rational solution: Hydroblend Model SC 1.0 & SC 1.5.
